60, 00, 000.00 Sweepstakes Certificate of Eligibility

Dear Sir,

I have received a mail from "[email protected]" for Rs. 60, 00, 000.00 Sweepstakes Certificate of Eligibility. Is it scam or real. The site irctc.co.in seems to be real. But in the past also I received similar kind of mails from some other sites. I didn't respond to them. But this time it is coming from a genuine site, irctc.co.in (as per my information). And if it is scam or fake then how it is possible that they are sending mails from irctc site.

Kindly suggest, how should i proceed or stay away from such mails.
