I am facing problem for opening my IRCTC account as it needs verfication of ID and mobile but no body is lifting telephone at IRCTC Customer care centre. I have sent 2 Mail but no reponce for sending Email id Verification password and Mobile verification password. I have to canceeled some Tkts but not possible as account not opened as nobody is helping now i am sendind my complaints to consumer forrum as well as Railway ministry.
