Respected Madam,
Kindly refer to your above-mentioned letter I had requested yourgoodself to extend the last date for submission of fees and you had extended the last date of submission fee.
Today I made more than ten calls to the institute to let me know the next course of action. Lastly contacted Mr. Krishan Lal Ph: 01824-508325 after so many calls. The instructions to call after 10 minutes is the stale reply. Whether to call after 10 minutes will end the query at any stage or not. Mr. Krishan Lal directed me to contact Mr. Arvinder Singh 01824-501900. Madam (Attendant in his office) attended the call again instructed to call at 12 P.M. At 12 P.M. again got the instruction from Mr. Arvinder Singh to call after 10 minutes.
Again I had to make calls again and again and Mr. Arvinder Singh told me that I shall inquire from Mr. Krishan Lal about submission of fees. Madam if Mr. Krishan Lal is the final authority then why to instruct to contact this person or that. Firstly I had made call to Mr. Krishan Lal Accounts Officer. Why not he directed me the rules and regulations framed by the competent authorities.
Madam, My query is very simple. Whether I should come to submit the fees there is no one responsible authority who can reply what to do according to the rules framed by PTU, UGC & AICTE. The reply that I got lastly that if the fees from ISF College, Moga does not reach up to 8th December then Lovely Institute of Technology (Pharmacy) will penalize the student for late submission of fee. This is IRRELEVANT STATEMENT.
Kindly let me know the rules and regulations framed by University and direct the student accordingly if there is the provision of penalising the student for submission of late fee for already submitted fees of Rs. 30890/- on 18/06/08 about six months back then the student must be penalized for late fee submission. Otherwise the late fee should be collected from the Parental College ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga due to its DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE.
Madam, I want to know whether the request of Extension of time for payment of fees will be considered or not.
As per the regulations of the PTU, Pharmacy Council of India, AICTE and UGC Kindly provide straight away instruction regarding the submission of fees.
