Correction of name on PAN card

Hello sir,

i have received my PAN CARD, PAN NO AWOPM9337N on 30 november with my name as

ISHANT MOHAPATRA where as my name on my DRIVING LICENSE is ISHANI

MOHAPATRA . I have already submitted a form for correction of name .but i have

not received any acknowledgement regarding that.kindly do the needful at an

earliest.
