Non receipt of PF, Gratuity etc

Dear Sir/s,

I left Ismart Kolkata as Regional Manager -East in August. Till date I have not received my PF & Gratuity amount. Though a cheque of PF has been sent to me, it got bounced due to signature mismatch. Please advise next course of action.
