This is regarding an Air conditioner bought from I-Solutions. The salesman " Pasha" was very arrogant and started arguing and fighting with me in my own house. He has been lying and quoting the customer, i.e Me, a Lier that too defending some carpenter whom he asked to do some work while installing the AC. Not only he gave false informations regarding the AC but also claimed that the AC doesnt have any warranty. When found out from the "Carrier Customer service" about the warranty then he denied of the wrong info given by him. Apart from this he never told that any carpentery and electrician work was involved while installing which would be taken care by us. He forced me to pay the carpenter Rs 2500/- and the electrian 750/- without giving any bills saying that we will figure out later while settling our bill. And when the time came for settling the bill he stood adamant and was so curt with me. When this upset me I said I will complain at the consumet court when shamelessly he said he is ready to come right away to the consumer court. How can some people be so shameless and people hire them. How can I complain against this person and make sure that he is punished.
