Dear Sir,

I worked for a company called I-solutions India Pvt ltd.,

I have resigned from the organisation. From the company, they have submitted the application form on 22nd January, but still I have not received my amount, it is not even credited in my account. My PF no. is MH/94095/503.

kINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
