My name is Jyoti Prakash Chaubey. I had work with the Co. name I Solutions Poviders India Pvt Ltd. a service provides of ICICI Bank Ltd.since Oct I have left my Job on May. I am not aware about my Provident Fund No. as I want to reimburse the same. Kindly provide me my provident Fund No. so that I can reimburse the same as soon as possible. Enclosed below the details of my job profile & other things.
I had also applied for refund for the same in March in Nehru place of the company but have not got the refund or any acknolodgment while i have submitted all the detail and completed the formality.
