Issue of permanent Reliance one card
Permanent Reliance one card

I am regular cusomer of Reliance fresh for the past one and half yrs. I have been issued Reliance One card{Temp} for adding my purchace points on it. My card no is 2266111143725619.

first shopped in 26.08.07. The temp card which is provided is damaged and scanning the Bar code for adding points in my card is not possible with the card. Once I received a phone call from your end regarding issue of Permanent reliance one card. But I have not yet received the same. Kindly do the needful.
