ISSUE OF VOTER ID
DELAY IN ISSUE OF VOTER ID

Dear Sir,

I have applied for voter ID through online in December. In January middle One madam came to my residence and given necessary forms. Accordingly I have filled and one photo affixed in the form and one more photo with signature. As per her instruction I have submitted forms at East Mada Street, Govt.tax office - 1st floor (earlier it was Govt. free hospital (Near State Bank of India) Villivakkam on 23/01.

Now I request you to arrange issue necessary VOTER ID CARD.
