Please refer to my order no. 4900242 . This is for a book by Orhan Pamuk about the city of Istanbul. I got an email saying the book was despatched on 29 Sept by courier aramex. I have not got the book yet. I got the other book titled A Python in a Snake Park which was part of the same order.
If you do not do the needful I will take up the matter with the consumer court.
