S 800 collected by the i t b l company authorised by you to install teelephone connection but failed to do so on false verification . ultimately i got connection from reliance company to solve my problem at the same address d 4/81, sector 15, rohini delhi 110085 . after expiry of 60 days the co did not refund the amount, yet. My application no is 00748690 dated 7/1
