We are the consumers of your esteemed BharatGas since 6-7 years, when your first office at Sahid Nagar.
After some changes, in specified areas, we are now falling under your Laxmi Enterprises (distributor), operating from N-5, Nayapalli, Near Gandhi Market, BBSR-12.
We are submitting herewith our complaints for your kind consideration and necessary action.
Your Laxmi Enterprises, Nayapalli, BBSR-12, are inefficient always. When a consumer goes for booking his Gas, they are behaved like a Class-I Officer. If any consumer asking about some problems, your Laxmi Enterprises member always answering roughly.
First we booked he gas, after 6/7 days, LaxmiEnterprises members are not sending our booking SLIP to the Godown at Patrapada. When we are going to Patrapada-godown, your godown members are not showing our SLIP. Godown members are told that "Your SLIP is not available with us". Then we again go to your LaxmiEnterprises, Nayapalli, for enquiry. When we asked about our SLIP, they told that "your booking SLIP may be lost and again your book your Gas today".
But your godown staff are always shows their original unruly behaviour to all your consumers. This type of behaviour is always resulted a negative image of your BharatGas. This is not the state of good behaviour to your consumers.
After 12 to 15 days of booking, we are not getting our Gas from your godown. When we are going to bring our booking SLIP, your godown staff are either hide our SLIP or told that your SLIP is not available with us. This kind of management not expected from your organisation like BharatGas.
We are again give you a major/important information. Please STOP BLACK-MARKETING. Some staff of your LaxmiEnterprises and Patrapada Godown, are supplying the gas to some shops as black-marketing (your staff incomes from a Gas-Rs.450/- to 500/-) at specified area like, Patrapada, Khandagiri, Dumduma area. Please STOP it immediately.
We are all from your Patrapada and Khandagiri area. We are all working with IncomeTax department, Rajashwa Vihar, SatsanghVihar, Bhubaneswar. Please take immediate action in this matter.
