i informed my landline phone complaint to the Customer care on 20th of June. they told me that some connection dectivated automatically due to server problem, it will take 10 days to activate, and we wait for more than 15 days, and yesterday one mad guy came from there and he gone back with inrom two minutes and told that there is problem in exchange. at that time i ask him that you came here for to tell me that.
Today morning i got call from the same and told me that your connection shifted to sushant lok from udhyod vihar. how can they done that? we dont have any office in udyod vihar.
Mr sanjay in Gurgaon office told me, that is done by customer care executive? what a rubbish answer
