I m not satisfied with the distribution service from itc food distributo

I, am a retail shop keeper. Our area distributor s name is "Food Act" (Charkop). Since four days the salesman has taken order of the food items of Sunfeast Biscuits and Pasta and the products are not yet delivered. Even after calling him thrice, we have not received any fulfilled reply from his part.

Please give us adequate reason as to why it is delayed in supplying the product. I hope it is done as fast as possible.
