Selling Cigarette above MRP RATES

Hello Sir,

I am Muyeen Ahmed From chennai, From Past many days i found that almost every Retailer in chennai are selling the famous Cigarett Brand (GOLD FLAKE KINGS) at a very high rate. The MRP RATE printed as 55 R.S, but they sell between 60 R.S-70 R.S, When asked about this they say the wholesellers are charging them the high rates. If you want you could check the rates in a areas like Royapettah, T.Nagar, Alwarpet, Adyar, Parrys, Royapuram, Toindiarpet, Madhavaram, Tiruvanmiyur, Tambaram, Pallavaram, Saidapet, Guindy, etc I kindly request you to look into these matter and Take the appropriate action. Kindly do the needfull.
