No information available where to put complaint of it tax thief

I am honest citizen of india.. and when i want to put true complaint about tax thief by some one no action has been taken by any it department officer. and all my complaints were genuine might be possiblity that my complaint haven't reached to proper person. but income tax department website or no other indian website states that where to complaint for tax thief.

there should me some nationalized dept for this for quick action on these informations.
