I had booked a flat near hoodi circle, Whitefield (ittina Arni) in august and they had promised it will be ready by jan. After the booking amount was paid there was no sign of they callim me for the loan to be processed. So when i checked with them they told they are yet to get certain legal sanctions and it may take a year or two. They told if i want to cancel the booking i can cancel. So i cancelled it in august. Till now i am chasing them for my refund. I have approached consumer court for this as well, but i dont know how long will it take to get justice for me. So beware while dealing with Ittina. After i was cheated i searched about ittina and came through lots and lots of complaints against Ittina. Had i checked this before booking, i could have saved my money.
So dont ever think of Ittina while planning to buy a flat. They are the greatest fraud. (all you guys can check about ittina on net, you will find lot of complaints against Ittina)
