My balnce reduced by rs400 and recharge not done

MY BALANCE OF RS.400 HAS BEEN REDUCED ON DATE 09/08 FROM MY ACCOUNT NUMBER 585267266864 AND MOBILE RECHARGE NOT DONE. I COMPLAIN ITZCASH BUT THEY SAYS BALANCE WILL CREDITED IN 4 DAYS. I DID NOT GET MY BALANCE BACK.

I JUST START MY NEW WORK OF TICKET-BOOKING AND E-RECHARGES THROUGH ITZ-CASH.
