Delay in Provident Fund Withdrawal - Hyderabad Regional Office

PF refund form was submitted on 6th June 08 through I-Vantage India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad in the Regional PF Office Bangalore. Till date the refund is not given. Regional PF Office Staff is unable to provide me clarity on my Withdrawal of Provident Fund, Its been almost 2 months, none of them are co-operative to the PF account holder

Please look in to the matter, and do the needful.
