IVRCL claims to be one of the leading developers but the property they built and maintain in Hyderabad, Hill Ridge Springs is full of maintenence issues. They have water supply issues and they stop water supply to the apartments even though they have sufficient water in the sump. Though there is srong evidance to where the water is being diverted, no action from the management side. Sufferes are the tenents after paying full maintenence fees.
