Subject: Some discrepency in PF withdrawal for PF A/c# AP/HYD/22120/10796 and short received.
Dear Sir,
I was employed in IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd. I joined on 04-01 and left organization in Sep. In the mean time, I was PF member having a./c# AP/HYD/22120/10796 and my PF was deducted since Jan ’07 to Sep ’07 and deposited in the above mentioned a/c regularly by the employer. I have forwarded PF withdrawal form to IVRCL and they have forwarded the same along with form 3A to the department. (Copy of both the form 3-A is enclosed for your ready reference) First is for Rs. 9, 280.00 & second is for Rs. 33, 344.00 Total Rs. 42, 624.00 plus interest as applicable which should be more than the following cheques sent to my savings account.
No. Date Amount
633270 3/12 30, 923.00
854121 3/12 3, 786.00
Total 34, 709.00
As per both the form 3A, total PF deducted and deposited with dept is Rs. 42, 624.00 & cheques credited to my account is Rs. 34, 709.00 (balance is Rs. 7, 915.00 plus interest for the period from Feb ’07 to till date).
I hereby request to your good self, kindly look into the matter and advise the concerned person to release the balance amount which is pending.
Any employee of the company have hope that P.F. deducted by company and deposited with the Government Department is safe for employee’s future and the same shall be withdrawn at the right time. But I am seeing that after contacting by phone with P.F. office helpline No. 040-27564571 in Hyderabad so many times, no action has been taken till now.
I have already sent a letter by speed post on 29.02.2008 and future sending. I hope after sending this request, my P.F. balance amount with interest shall be released at the earliest to my savings a/c# 003101553159 with ICICI Bank, K-1, Senior Mall, Sector-18, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar, NOIDA (UP) 201301.
Thanks & regards,
PRABHAKAR MISHRA
