Smoking inside Office

Dear Sir,

I work in Dainik Jagran's Okhla office, B-50, Okhla industrial estate Phase 3, new Delhi-110020.

We have a Senior here who heads a business division here his name is Rajnish Chadha (9871897826), even after repeated requests he refuses to follow the ban for smoking inside offices. He is a chain smoker and can be seen smoking atleast 10 cigarettes in his cabin in a day, leaving the cabin door open, subjecting everyone else to passive smoking.

We have tried to make him understand many times not to do such things, but he refuses to understand. Would request you to kindly help in the case.
