ATM Card has been blocked

I have opened an account in SBI.NSC, Pusa, IARI, New Delhi, branch (my Working Place) in Nov. Now i am working in Jalgaon. Maharashtra.

i received ATM card in december. upto Jan its work properly. after this date it is not accept our password I enquired about password in SBI NSC Pusa, IARI. They replied that it is not possible by me. Now what i do?
