I had purchased a LG fridge with Jainsons during their much touted fair held between 11-14 apr'09. i had booked for a model GL258VT4 on 11 april. but the careless staff had billed me for GL255VM4. which is much lesser model. Immediatley i brought it to their notice. their incharge Mr. Raja (mobile no. 94443090043) apologised and promised to deliver the product with the correct bill on 12 april alon with the stand for whch i had paid Rs.15250/-
But nothing happened and subsequenlty on 12 apirl they promised it would be done on 13 april and agian on 14 april. i waited patiently till 15 aprilt in between trying to contact eveyone possible in thieir office (Mr.thenappan - 9894425137, Mr. Shahul- 9940070413, Mr. Gerard - 98409 46913).
I even tried to contact LG but they washed their hands saying it is between me and the dealer and they come in only after- sales.
My anguish is LG is such a big brand they spend so much on advt, why can't they take some care in customer service and the way their agents or dealers handle the cusotmers.
On 16april i lost my patience as almost everymobile number they had given me for contact was switched off. the only person i could get hold of was Mr.shahul, he had also promised me the delivery on 14 april before 8 p.m. so i started shouting at him for giving false promises and cheating me for the past five days.
that guy instead abused me (vaidi phonea) in tamil and disconneted the line.
Gullible public beware of JAINSONS. they take your money, cheat your and above all abuse you.
I NEED justice for all the trauma and insult. if anyone out there can help me please let me know. AND TILL NOW MY PRODUCT HAS NOT REACHED ME AND NIETHER ARE THEY GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK.
