Passport not received

Espected sir,

i m shahzad husain rizvi, i m a government servant n i have submitted my passport form with NOC on 27-06.

file no.-LKOG00046008

key no-7100046008

n i have yet to receive my passport, n when ever i enquire about my passport on net, this msg is displayed "police enquiry has not been received"

i also enquire to the police station and LIU but they said they have not received any file regarding me.

pls kindly concern my application n issue my passport soon.
