REPRESENTATITIVES OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD.

Respected Sir,

First of all I am sorry for delay in mailing you my complaint despite your several suggestions for mailing my complaint. Delay has been caused due to the false promises by Mr. Paras Sharma- Zonal Manager.

With due respect I take your precious time in explaining some facts about the treatment given to me from the hands of officials and representatitives of RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD.

1. That I applied for a WI-FI BROADBAND CONNECTION OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS on 24 JUNE.

2. That on 26.6.2009 two officials arrived at my place and explained me about the WI-FI connection, speed, inspected the installation site and told me that you have to Pay Rs. 2977/- (Rs. Two thousand Nine Hundered Seventy seven only) vide cheque and you will be given plan of Rs. 1000/- of 256 kbps UNLIMITED. I agreed to it and issue a cheque in favour of RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. Of Rs. 2977/- (Two thousand Nine hundered seventy seven only) vide cheque no. 347308 dated 26/6/09 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Shahdara.

3. I was assure that your connection will be installed with 3-4 days. But to my utter dismay after 6 days, it was not installed. I than again asked the officials including zonal manager Mr. Paras Sharma to please install my connection. They gave a very rude reply and asked that your connection will be delivered as soon as equipment is available with us.

4. That after my many telephonic request two persons arrived with some equipment to be installed on my roof top. When I inspected the instrument it was in depleted condition and after my several complaints the instrument installed at roof top was changed.

5. That when my connection started working, after two three days a call from Reliance customer care came to me about how my connection is working and telling me my broadband plan. Sir, I was astonished to hear that my plan was of Rs. 2100/- approx. unlimited for 1mbps speed, wherever I has applied and agreed to Rs. 1000/- plan of 256 kbps speed.

6. For this I made a call to Mr. Paras Sharma- Zonal Manager and asked him why this is being done to me? Why you have not told me the right plan which is given to me? I asked him that why I should pay Rs. 2100/- per month when my Rs. 1000/- (256 kbps) plan is more than sufficient to me.

Ans. Of Mr. Paras Sharma was that, we are given target for making customers per month. And if we tell the truth to the customers that what plan he will be given, than nobody will take plan from us and more over if you can bear Rs. 1000/- than you can also give Rs.2100/- . But when I told him that I am going to complain this matter to your Seniors, Mr. Paras Sharma told me that he will phone me on Monday.

On Monday Mr. Paras Sharma alongwith one Mr. Avinash came to me and enquired from me the matter, and he said that I am ready to pay Rs. 3000/- which you given at the time of installation and please close the chapter hereitself. He then gave me Rs. 1000/- in the presence of Mr. Avinash and promised to given balance Rs. - next day i.e. Tuesday. Tuesday when I was at home Mr. Paras Sharma asked me that he is at Technology Appartments, I.P. Extn. For some official/ personal work and I should come at the gate of Technology Appartments, to collect the balance payment. I personally collected Rs. - from Mr. Paras Sharma- Zonal Manager. And he assured me that he will get my connection disconnected with 5-7 days before next bill and no bill will be generated after first bill. He also asked me not to tell his seniors Mr. Shailender Chhabra or Mr. Rakesh Soni about the incident.

Sir, to my utter dismay when I had paid Rs. 2977/- initial subscription charges for Rs. 1000/- (256 kbps) speed, why I was given plan of Rs. 2100/- (1 mbps).

Next if there was no fault of Mr. Paras Sharma why he came to my office and gave me the money.

Third when I have not paid the bill why my installed instrument was removed from my office?

Sir, these all things shows that some thing is wrong. Some persons are making name of Reliance like Sunday Bazar where all stolen things are sold. Sir, I am very much mentally harassed and severely cheaten by Mr. Paras Sharma, Mr. Avinash.

Sir, in last I asked you what is my fault, why I am forced to pay the bill when I have made several requests since 27th July to 18th August. 2009. (List attached)

Sir, I want your early action in this regard otherwise I will be forced to take due course of action and take the matter to newspapers that these things are going in Reliance Broadband.
