Not Supplying the Gas properly

I have booked the Gas before 20 days, still i didn't get the Cylinder and also if we try their Telephone number several times there is nobody to response to attend the calls. Kindly give us the solution for this Gas Black market problem. Agency name is Jaya Gas Agency.
