Sir,

I am having Current Account at your Oppanakara Street Branch, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Code no:131

My account number is 1888.I am daily using internet banking for account statement. But from 31-08 I am unable to get these facility. When we enter Login ID and password, and next Account Statement from the specified date, the next what appears on the screen is CUSTOMER ID IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACCOUNT.When we contacted in your branch they said to give complaint in internet banking itself. What shall i do. I need the account statement daily for my business activities. So, Activate it immediately.
