Reactivation of Calls of Reliance Mobile

My Calls of Reliance Mobile No. 9310409105 were deactivated on 31st March for not paying the bill in time. I paid my bill through credit card on 31st March itself and the customer care executives told that the calls will be reactivated within 3 hrs of paying the bill amount but till date i.e. on 1st April at 1:50 PM my calls are not reactivated. The customer care executives are very harsh and they do not want to listen to customer. Such is the reputation of Reliance.
