Dear sir,

i am p.srinivasulu as your customer by taking loan in your bank for my vehicle ia saying that MY VEHICLE IS CEASED for the reason of UNABLE TO PAY AMOUNT .

now i am ready to pay the due amount as per the rules, but your agent is requested

that prepayment is needed for releasing the vehicle it`s not correct as per the rules so plz release the vehicle

and one more thing is that your agent named as Mr. BHASKER REDDY is not at all suitable for this job because he dont know how to speak with customers . he used informal language with us, so plz take an action on him .the conversation between your agent &me is recorded in my phone as proof .we are requested to take an action on him
