Multiple leaks in tent

Brand new just out of the box this tent had so many leaks that we lost count.

All the stitching for the poles & velcro straps leaked, all 4 the small triangle vents where they

were sewn to the floor leaked and the 2 outside front pockets with zippers inside & outside

filled with water also.

After drying the tent out we applied this spray on water proofing for tents, this did not help.

We would like to get are money back or a brand new tent that does not leak.

We cannot contact the seller of the tent because it only shows Amazon.com as the seller on are

credit card statement.

Please contact us by email or phone to resolve this problem.

A brand new tent should not leak or in this case leave us floating on are air mattress in side the tent.
