This is in reference to the ticket booking dtd 9th March from Delhi to Chennai at 19:05 Hrs for myself & my daughter at the Jet Airways Jodhpur Airport office.
I had 3 MCO's of Jet Airways which I got from the redemption of my credit card points. I spoke to the Jet Airways Jaipur office in the morning on 18th Feb 09.
I was given the reference number for the same by the lady & she was very helpful as well. She told me to visit the Jodhpur airport office & collect the tickets form there by making the payment at the counter & delievering the MCO's.
On my visit to the Airport office at Jodhpur I had to deal with 4 different staff menbers who were totally clue less about the adjustment of the MCO's & the payment to be charged.
I asked them to speak to the lady in Jaipur office but I guess it was really troublesome for them & was also against their reputation.
I was at the airport office for almost 1 hour & the gentleman at the booking counter firstly looked at his watch & said the office is closed now come tomorrow.
Later when I said gentleman its still 45 min to 5 PM & the office closes at 5 PM. At the end I was charged INR 6316 by my credit card & the ticket has not been printed till now.
I was asked to come again tomorrow & collect the ticket & when I asked them to deliever the same to my office I was asked to leave immediately & come back tomorrow.
Horrible customer service given to Jet Privilage customer who is a Premier client of HSBC which has the corporate tie up with Jet Airways.
This was very humiliating for me & very innconvinent for me to leave my 4 year old daughter all alone at home & rush to collect the tickets which I have not received till now.
I should be compensated for the same at the earliest.
