Jet Airways have been repeatedly cancelling flights due to low loads and rescehduling me and other passengers on other flights. I was booked on 9W 417 leaving at 1400 hrs. from Mumbai on 22nd July.
On 21st July they ring me at 8:30 pm saying I ma booked on the later floght as this has been cancelled due to "operational reasons". I had a meeting so I requested to be booked on the earlier flight at 10:30am. My whole day 21st is wasted as i have to spend it in Bangalore, apart from the expenses of food and calls to Bangalore to change the timing of the car receving me at the airport.
I had a meeting in mumbai in the morning on 22nd which I had to cancel at short notice causing me loss of business.
I would like to repart this to the authorities that this is not the way to run an airline with total disregard for the customer - cancelling flights at will. Passengers need to be compensated for loss of time and realted business losses.
