Invalid account number on the clearance of cheque

Dear sir,

My name is Ashish R. Dubey and my PF no is MH/39804/21976. Sir i have recievd the cheque from hdfc bank and they have rejected the cheque due to incorrect account no given on the cheque

Respected sir kindly suggest me the procedure to how i may ammend the account no on the above cheque
