I had purchased eTickets through credit card on 15th jun.the eTickets no are as follows: 5892177544163

This was for flight mum to goa return scheduled on 9th Sep. However due to jet airways strike this ticket was cancelled. Its been long and the amount is still not credited into my credit card account. When spoken to them on phone, they gave confirmation that amount is credited however credit card companies denies of having received any such refund.
