I have booked a ticket with Jet airways in August in the name of Girish Ganeriwala which by mistake the staff booked in the name of Ganesh Ganeriwala. When i noticed the same, i informed the jet airways call centre and got the ticket cancelled on 2nd Sept and rebooked another one.
Since it was an staff error, i was offered the entire amount as refund. As per the call centre staff the refund generally takes 2-3 weeks. However its almost 2 months and i have still not received the refund. I have called their call centres some 10 times in the past 2 weeks but everytime they say that the refund is under process. ALso on two occasions i was promised that i will receive a call from their refund department updating me on the same. However i am still awaiting calls from them.
The calls generally lasts for 10-15 minutes taking precious time of mine for a mistake done by their staff. Also it has become like a mental harassment for me chasing jet airways like this.
