My PF number is MH39804/06624. My forms have been submitted to the Malad, kandivilli PF office on 25Jul08 and by mid of October i got back all my forms sent back to me from the PF office stating that my account number has been alloted to some one else. I immediately contacted Finance manager of Jet Airways Mumbai to reconfirm, but he assured me that the PF number i have mentioned is the correct one. I also have been receiving PF status slip from the PF office every assessment year which had the same PF number. How can just like that without checking the PF number properly send back all the forms? I have been calling all the possible numbers of the PF office at Mumbai from Bangalore but unfortunately not even a single call was answered properly and as if now i never got a reply on my PF claim. When i check the status online it shows that my claim has been received by PF office on 01Aug and to check the status after 30days. I had submitted all my papers again to Jetairways which was sent again to the kandivilli PF office. It is going to be 125days since the PF office has received all my claim forms but still i am waiting patiently for response. No office can be so irresponsible as yours. Please update me on my PF status as i have been going through a trauma for no mistake of mine.
