An envelop containing cheque has been despatched from Eddycranes India Pvt Ltd Tardeo to my address vide docket no M47722538 dtd 11-11.Till today ie 14-11 I have not received the envelop. I was promised that the said envelop shall be positively delivered next day ie 12th nov.
On tracking I understand that an attempt was made yesterday 13th finding door locked. Our place was not locked nor any note of the courier boy having visited been received. I have made numerous calls to your tardeo office and on 9323695111 Mr Varma, BUT WITHOUT RESULT.This is a very serious delay by a reputed courier like u. Pls take immediate action and see that I get the envelop without further delay.
