RESPECTED SIR / MADAM,

ON 04/04 I USED ATM TXN No. 4764 OF PNB E K ROAD BRANCH MEERUT ENTERED AMT. 5000/- CASH NOT DISPENSED BUT ACCOUNT DEBITED WITH 5000/- I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN IN PNB CUSTOMER CARE ON 04/04 FROM THE SAME BRANCH AND ALSO ON 07/04 I CALL ON 18001802222 THEY GAVE ME COMPLAIN NO. 13768114 AND ASSURED ME THAT THE AMOUNT WILL BE REVERSED WITHIN 15 DAYS BUT NO PROGRESS SO FAR. IT IS WORTHWHILE TO MENTION HERE THAT DAY OVER 100 CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT GOT DEBITED FROM THAT ATM AND NO MONEY WAS DESPENSED. PLEASE TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME TAKE IT TO REVERSE MY MONEY.
