We have Current Account in Union Bank of India - Goregaon (West) Branch, Mumbai. in the name of Jil Mil International and account number We have deposited a cheque in malad (West) Branch with the stamp of 30/4. However, Malad (West) branch has send the cheque on 2/5 for clearing. when we contacted in Branch, One Mr. Shah - Senior Manager told that you have to follow up with the Goregaon (West) Branch and also that u have change the stamp and deposited the cheque. Since this thing has happened twice a time We do not have any way but to made a complaint to Mr. Bedekar - Complaince officer at Head Office on 2/5 on 5.30 P.M. Immidiatly, On 5.45 P.M. same day Mr. Shah has phoned us that u have made complaint and speaking rudly. This is very rediculos. he is behaving very rudly. How can a senior person from Respected bank behave like this. Earlier also, we have deposited the cheque of MTNL. But Malad (West) branch has not send this on time. MTNL has cut our line. When we contacted Mr. Shah told that u deposit the cheque to MTNL and dont come to Union Bank of India. Later on Union Bank of India Malad (West) Branch has given a letter and we have to go for MTNL for Connection. But for this issue we have not made any complaints. I hope that the respected bank can take further action on our complaint.
