Pasport is not issued at proper time

My Passport File No: W 607996-09 and Key No: 8760799609.

I, the undersigned humbly submit to state that I have applied for a passport under reference cited on secundrabad.

As the police verification has been completed, SB.No. REE/35986/09, O.W.No.1357, Sl. No.42, On 29-06.

As per your information i am submitting EAP-I form. I request you kindly to issue my passport as soon as posible.
