CD

I ordered a CD "A Celebration of Scotland" by Peter Maxwell Davies and was charged on 11/07/08. When I inquired about delivery I received an email from jinx_usa stating that they had had some problems with deliveries but expected it to be corrected shortly.

To date, I have not received the CD and wonder whether I will receive it. If not, will I receive a credit for the charge?
