I am not satisfied with udaipur staff of Kotak Mahindra of Udaipur Rajasthan B

I have paid full & final payment on dated 30.08.2007 agisnt my car loan no. cp 2234298 vehicle no. RJ 09 C 6032. i have deposited final amount of Rs 15000/- vide receipt no. 393531. but yet not recd any noc . so many times contact at udaipur branch to Mr Parikshit, but no response given from taht side. pl look in this matter very seiously
