ICICI Credit Card
Payment with out intimation

Dear Friend

Sorry to say that the same amount has been paid by you two month before if you are not able to refund me the interest for the same, please let me know the procedure how can I surrender my credit card. Other banks offer me better services then you.

If the same request given by me or by merchandiser please provide me the cpy of the same, if you are not able to provide the same please vcredit the interest on that.

As informed to your earlier, we clarify that the payment of Rs.12000 was done through your internet banking online account.

The bill payment through the online account can happen if the payment is done online by you or if the payment is scheduled by you for the payment date.

If the payment is scheduled on your online banking account by you earlier than on the scheduled date the payment happens.

We further clarify that bank cannot debit the amount from customer's account apart from the scenarios explained above.

Hence, the payment to Bajaj Allianz is done either by you or payment scheduled by you through your online account. Kindly note that for the online bill payment the transaction password is required which is only available with you and not even to the bank staffs.

We request you to contact the merchant for the refund of the excess payment done to them.

The payment of interest for Rs.12000 is not possible.

If the same is registered but how can you make payment with out giving me any intimation.

And if due date of bill is 21st April then how can you pay the same on 17th march.

I had forwarded you the mail in which Bajaj allianz mention that they have not asked for payemnt and the same paymant released by ICICI.

Either you have to credit interest for two month on Rs. 1- to my account otherwise I am not going to pay this bill

We request you to log on to internet banking account of the credit card with user ID and password. Click on Bill pay option and check the registered billers in the account.

You will observe the biller ALLIANZ BAJAJ under registered biller.

As you have registered Allianz Bajaj under bill pay the amount is debited from the account. Because of this payment if this resulted double payment to the biller please ask the biller to refund the amount.

This is to inform you that you have debited a sum of Rs. 1- against the bill of bajaj allainz and when I complain on customer care they have reply me that the same bill payment asked by Bajaj Allianz and after that I have contacted with Bajaj Allianz and they reply that they have not asked for payment and the same release by ICICI bank itself.

Copy of the mail attached for your ready reference.

I have paid my first premium in the month of April and second paid by you on 17th March. The same premium paid by me twice in a year while I dont require any furter rebate in this year and I have loose interest for two month.

I have fill the complain twice online through my account but not receive a favaurable reply.
