Dear Sir,

My File Reference Number: DLH-A032157-09, filled Application on : 11-06. My cid verification on Delhi address was ok as per the report. But suddenly i recd. a letter from passport office saying:

Pls. send your proof of stay away from JandK for last 5 years in Sworn Affidavit of Rs. 10/- attested by Notary/Magistrate and Documentary proof.

I went to PRO and submit the documents, and filled 3 PP forms. As of now, no verification has been done at my jammu address.

Please do some thing. I am waiting for my passport but ...?
