Non inclusion of my and my family name in voter list

Dear sir, i am senior govt officer in govt of uttar pradesh. i am living at the present address from about 15 years. i had applied for registration in voter list for at least 4 times but of no avail. i fail to understand that if a senior officer like me is not able to get myself and my family registered for voter list what will be the fate of common man.?

I hereby humbly request you to include my and my family name in voter list and also issue us voter I.D. so that i may be able to cast vote in the current election.
