I have booked one consignment for M/s Vedanta Aluminium, Lanjigarh on 12.08.09 against C/N D01743041, through DTDC PLUS.But till date not yet delivered at site. There is no one in DTDC (Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Sambalpur, Bhawani Patna), who can give the exact status of this consignment. Evereybody is trying to pass on the responsibility to other. At the time of booking on 12.08.09.DTDC has confirmed that it will be delivered within 48 hrs (14.08.09) or at the most on 17.08.09.But today is 19th Aug. & M/s Vedanta has stoped our payment of Rs.22 Lacs dus to non-receipt of this consignment.
Is there any one who can solve this case?
