PF withdrawal

Hi,

I was employee of J Sourcing Solutions Private Limited, Bangalore, have requested the company to withdra my PF from my PF Acount no. KN/41858/104.My company have submitted the PF withdrawal form and the same was accepted on 06.08.09by PF office. I have tried to make contacts on phone many times but there was no any reply on phone,

so pls it is my humble request to transfer my PF amount in my account no. which is given in my Withdrawal form
