Having the worst experience of my life with vodafone phone which i was using since 8 years & being one of the HNI customers of vodafone rajasthan no . 9828032372
1. customer care does not attend at odd hours when you really need assistance, they simply hang up like done by mr. rajesh at 11p.m at rajasthan customer care center.
2. when requested that looking to the services & sorry state of affair plz send some executive to collect all the outstanding of billed & unbilled amount & deactivate my services/phone number from tomorrow i.e 11/9/08 they say it cannot be done in fact they state that we cannot do anything about it... when being an HNI customer my bills are being collected by vodafone executive every month then why my no. be not deactivated & all dues be collected by executives.
3.there is no body to whom you can complaint of of ill behavuiour of mr. rajesh the customer care executive of rajasthan, he has assumed the final authority of the company, what he says
in sence customers cannot make any complaints of customer care executives on the issue of being dissatified with them.
4.the way & manner in which customers are dealt by vodafone executives & being an HNI customer & the experience faced/confronted looking forward to surrender my connection/phone no. 9828032372 with immediate effect, request you to plz do the needful at the earliest & make arrangements to send your executives to collect all pendind dues & also to refund any security deposited with you by me.
5. would appreciate if any action is taken to improve the deficency in customer care services, especially against the responsible customer care executive mr. rajesh
